Several people have asked me about my vision is for our community’s future. To a degree I began outlining it verbally at the installation gala. Here it is in writing: My vision is the creation of a vibrant eclectic traditional community, a place where traditional Judaism is meaningfully and seriously integrated into an individual’s contemporary life. What do I mean by an eclectic traditional community?”
Eclectic = diversity, people comfortably expressing wide-ranging religious views.
Traditional = striving to live one’s life according to halacha/G-d’s will.
Community = a consequential numbers of families who share common values.
Please let me know if you if you share my vision or see things differently.
